The back of each mask is primered and then painted gloss black. (see below)

Each mask is a little over 1/16th of an inch thick. (see below)

Each hole is individually sanded from the front for a smooth shape. (see below)

Each hole is also individually sanded/tapered from the back, and this serves two purposes. 1) It gives the appearance that the mask is thinner then it is. 2) It provides better breathing ventilation/air movement when the mask is being worn. (see below)
