1.  Use a wire cutter to pry under the back of the rivet and clip it off.

1(A).  Or drill through the center of the rivet using a 1/8 inch (or slightly larger) drill bit.

2.  Push the remaining rivet out of the hole using a small screwdriver.lick here to add text.

Cli                                             INSTALLING NEW RIVETS AND STRAPS

1.  Secure the straps to the mask by connecting both halves of the rivets.

2.  Align straps the way you want them and then, on a hard surface, carefully hammer both         halves of the rivets together.
